About me

I'm Rodrigo, a web professional with 20+ years of experience building and evolving web products and services.

I spent most of my career as a web engineer, often combining hands-on development with coordination and delivery. In recent years, my role has shifted fully into IT Project Management.

But I haven't stopped thinking like a developer. I still care about controllers, policies, entities, migrations and deploys, the moving parts that make real systems work.

Outside work

I’m a father of two, live in the countryside, and I'm a Brazilian JiuJitsu brown belt. These things shape how I think about discipline, patience, and long-term progress.

Side projects

To stay close to code, I build open-source, non-profit projects. They’re public, playful, and a way to explore frameworks, tools, and even new languages without constraints.

What I’m looking for

I'm open to new opportunities where I can combine project leadership with a strong technical background, especially in complex web environments.
